【比赛】锤炼“匠心” 守护平安出行——阆中市第二届公交驾驶员技能大赛开赛！

为全面提升公交驾驶员综合素质、职业道德与文明服务水平，筑牢安全生产防线，6月19日上午，以“百年工运 匠心筑梦”为主题的阆中市第二届“工匠杯”职工技能人才大赛暨2025年公交行业汽车驾驶员技能大赛，在方程驾校训练场正式拉开帷幕。

本次大赛由阆中市总工会、阆中市道路运输管理局主办，阆中市道路运输行业工会联合会承办，阆中滕王阁旅游公交有限公司与阆中市方程驾校共同协办。来自滕王阁旅游公交有限公司的15名驾驶技能精湛、业务水平突出的优秀驾驶员同场竞技。

直角转弯

比赛聚焦驾驶员核心实战能力，设置了倒车入库、上坡起步及定点停车、侧方位停车、直角转弯四个关键项目，全面检验选手在精确操控、平稳驾驶和应急处理等方面的技能水平。赛事采用百分制综合评分，严格考察操作规范性（每项20分）与驾驶效率（时长20分）并重，裁判依据规则对车身出线、中途熄火、定点偏差等失误进行扣分，超时或严重违规者将被直接判定不合格，以严苛标准保障竞技公平性。

经过激烈角逐，大赛最终评选出一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖3名及优秀奖9名，并为获奖选手颁发了荣誉证书及奖品。

开赛前，阆中市总工会副主席曹锋在致辞中强调：“公交驾驶员的技能水平和职业素养，直接关系到市民的出行安全与体验，本次大赛既是技艺较量，更是弘扬安全第一、服务至上理念的实践课堂，望选手以赛促学，为擦亮城市交通窗口贡献工匠力量。”随后，阆中市道路运输管理局副局长李建霖宣布比赛正式开始。

本次大赛不仅展现了阆中公交人精益求精的职业追求，更以标准化竞技模式为行业树立安全服务标杆，为构建更优质的城市公共交通体系注入强劲动力。
