【教育质量提振行动】以赛促教强师能 立德树人润童心——阆中市幼儿园品格教育教学竞

活动中，参赛教师深度融合地域文化与儿童视角，呈现多个创新案例。南池幼儿园谭琰琪通过古汉字解码《“爱”的密码》，引导幼儿领悟“爱是行动”；奎星幼儿园董栅杉依托“张飞精神”设计角色挑战，培育幼儿勇敢品格；第二幼儿园夏宇璇设计“独臂小英雄”“盲人探险家”等游戏，让幼儿感知友谊、学习沟通；第一幼儿园缪娟以消防员体能闯关，将“助人勇敢”升华为家国情怀；温岭幼儿园陈琳融入生活化敬老活动，唤醒幼儿敬老意识。

评委点评指出，参赛教师结合幼儿生活经验，以游戏化、体验式教学让品格教育生动有趣、自然渗透，契合“目标精准，源于生活；游戏体验，润物无声；引导有方，启思共情”的核心要求；建议全体幼教工作者从“时代背景、核心领域、价值取向、实施特点”等维度深化品格教育研究，以最适合幼儿的方式播撒品格种子。

竞赛共评选出一等奖4名、二等奖4名、三等奖5名。南池幼儿园谭琰琪、第三幼儿园黄馨莹、第二幼儿园夏宇璇、第一幼儿园缪娟凭借出色的教学设计和现场表现荣获一等奖。
