走进市社会保险服务大厅，前来咨询、办理业务的市民络绎不绝。刚办完城乡居民养老保险的郑女士十分满意，从提交材料到完成缴费，全程不到10分钟，较以往大幅提速。她坦言，过去没有这个窗口时，缴费人得先到社保大厅办参保登记，再跑到税务局缴费，来来回回费时又费力。

这个便民缴费窗口和以前相比，最明显的方便之处就是我们不用在税务局和人社局之间往返跑、两头跑，一个地方就能把所有的事情办完。对这个窗口的服务，我感觉到能节省很多时间，非常非常满意。

而这一变化，源于阆中市税务局与市社保局的协同发力。为打通社保缴费服务“最后一公里”，破解群众“多头跑、来回跑”的痛点，税务部门将服务触角延伸至社保业务一线，在社保大厅设立便民缴费窗口，让群众办完社保登记、待遇核定后，无需辗转，原地即可完成缴费，真正实现“社保业务+缴费服务”无缝衔接。

7月16日运行以来，缴费人平均办理时长缩短70％以上，社保、医保、农保业务可一次性办结，便民效果显著。

窗口虽小，却连着民心。便民缴费窗口不仅配备了经验丰富的税务骨干，还安排专人现场指导操作。针对老年人、残疾人等特殊群体，工作人员会主动提供“一对一”帮办服务，协助完成信息录入、费用缴纳等流程，确保特殊群体在智能化服务中不掉队。
